Bob Kuhl has over 45 years of experience in commercial real estate sales and leasing. 

His focal sectors include medical and small general office buildings, where he brings an impressive track record representing sellers, buyers, landlords and tenants for properties across the Folsom, Roseville and El Dorado Hills markets. Bob’s regional knowledge and industry experience has made him a recognized expert on the sale of the “owner-user” office building product in the greater Sacramento area.

Over the years Bob has been engaged by many small business clients, single medical practitioners and large physician groups to solve their facility needs, and he has consistently demonstrated his commitment to identifying inventive solutions. As small businesses and medical practices have seen their paradigms evolve, Bob has used his creativity and innovative thinking to adjust accordingly.

He believes in taking a proactive approach to the search process,  resulting in saved time and money for his clients.

Consulting with quality architects/space planners, contractors and bankers at the beginning of any facility search eliminates potential mistakes and conflicts. Bob also believes that the Landlord/Seller and Tenant/Buyer can benefit from the disclosure of conditions early in a transaction, helping to meet the expectations of all parties.

Bob resides in El Dorado Hills with his wife and granddog.

Recent Projects

Northern California Fertility Medical Center. Worked with physician ownership to survey the marketplace to locate potential new locations for the practice. Project included property surveys for a twenty thousand square foot building and detailed vetting of each option. Coordinated developing a design team of architect and contractor to develop the scope of work and review each building’s design and prepare cost estimates for each.

Sutter Roseville Medical Center, Roseville, CA. Worked with multiple Roseville-based physician clients to develop and own Medical Office Building #5 on Sutter Roseville Medical Center’s campus. Work included finding a developer partner, building design, pre-lease, and construct a 60,000 SF medical building on the Sutter Roseville Medical Center Campus in Roseville, CA.

Roseville Community Hospital, Roseville, CA. As Chairman of the Board of Roseville Community Hospital, Bob, on behalf of the hospital, negotiated and accelerated a settlement between the Sierra Club, City of Roseville, AKT Development and Hospital decision makers regarding environmental issues to acquire approvals for construction of the Sutter Roseville Medical Center in Roseville, California.

Financing and Development, Greater Sacramento, CA. On behalf of several small business clients seeking building ownership, Bob initiated the creation of over ten small office parks over a fifteen-year period. In addition to the owner-user clients, he interfaced with landowners, architects and developers to conceptualize design and construct buildings for the user-clients purchase. Bob worked closely with local CDC and SBA lenders to help arrange financing for the owner-user clients to contract for and ultimately purchase the buildings when completed. ­­­­­­­
